Throughout the year, GPA Scotland organise and participate in events consistent with our aims and objectives.
Information Stalls: are set up at police events, conferences and community events. This is the primary means whereby people can engage directly with us and find out more about the association.
Conferences: GPA Scotland organise, often jointly with other organisations and staff associations, conferences for police service employees as well as attend external conferences which have relevance to the police service and beneficial for the association.
Community: we participate in a number of community events each year, for example Pride.
LGBT events: we actively support and organise events in order to mark significant LGBT events for example LGBT History Month and "It Gets Better" project.
Socials: are an opportunity for our members to meet one another, share experiences and helps tackle what for some can feel a sense of isolation.
International: we actively participate in events organised by EGPA (European LGBT Police Association) including the biennial conference and Board Meetings.
Annual General Meeting
10th November, Glasgow
Members will receive an email containing details of this years AGM. The AGM is open to all members. Details of how to register and stand for election will be contained in the email. If you haven't received an email please contact us. There will be a social after the meeting.
10th November, West Brewery, Glasgow Green
If you are unable to attend the AGM you can still join us afterwards for a social from 6pm
